privacy policy

last updated · 26 apr 2026

The short version: Biliby's apps and this website collect as little about you as possible. No third-party trackers. No ad networks. No “engagement” telemetry. The long version follows, in plain English.

what we collect, by surface

this website

Anonymous, aggregated visit counts (page views, country at country-level). No cookies that identify you. No fingerprinting. No advertising pixels.

the apps

Each app stores its data locally on your device unless explicitly stated. Where an app uses iCloud or another sync service, that data goes to Apple — never to us — and is described in that app's specific in-app privacy notice.

launch waitlists

For apps not yet on the App Store, you can leave your email to get a single launch announcement. We store that address in Resend (our email provider) in a dedicated segment for that app. We use it only to email you when the app ships, or if we need to clarify something about your signup. You can unsubscribe from any launch email via the link in that message, or ask us to remove you at privacy@biliby.co.

The waitlist form uses the same reCAPTCHA v3 protection as the contact form when keys are configured.

the contact form

Only what you give us: your name, email, the app concerned, device info, your message, and any screenshots, PDFs, or images you choose to attach. Used solely to reply to you, then archived. Never sold, shared, or given to third parties for marketing.

To reduce spam we may use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form — Google receives technical data (e.g. IP address, behaviour signals) subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We don't use it for ads or profiling on our side.

your kids

Where an app is designed for or used by children, it operates without accounts, without logins, and without analytics. We're parents. We mean it.

your rights

You can ask us at any time what we have on you (probably nothing) and ask us to delete it. Email privacy@biliby.co and we'll get back to you within 30 days, usually much faster.

changes

If we update this policy in a way that affects you, we'll say so prominently on this page and date the change. We won't ever quietly broaden what we collect.
