terms of use

These are the terms by which you may use Biliby's website and apps. They are written like a human wrote them, because one did.

who's who

“Biliby” means Biliby Pty Ltd, a small company registered in New South Wales, Australia. “You” means the person reading this on a device.

using the site & apps

You can use the website freely. You can use the apps on any device you own, in line with the App Store / Play Store terms. Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell our apps. Otherwise, enjoy.

your content

Anything you create inside an app (puzzle solutions, walking lists, support tickets) belongs to you. We won't claim ownership and won't use it for training models, advertising, or anything else.

warranties

The apps are provided “as is” — they're crafted carefully but they're made by one person, so occasionally there will be bugs. Tell us; we'll fix them.

liability

To the extent permitted by law, Biliby's liability for any claim related to the apps or website is limited to the amount you paid for the app in question (often, this is zero dollars). Nothing here limits non-excludable rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

termination

You can stop using the apps any time. We may discontinue an app — if we do, we'll give as much notice as we can and provide a way to export your data where possible.
